**1. Acceptance of Terms**
By booking our services, making a payment, or otherwise using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
**2. Services Offered**
The Celebration Curators provides wedding and event planning, design, coordination, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope of work will be outlined in a separate written proposal or contract provided to you prior to booking. Any services not expressly described in such proposal are not included unless agreed upon in writing.
**3. Payments and Refunds**
All fees are stated in the currency agreed upon in your proposal. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date and confirm our services. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule set forth in your contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services or cancellation of your event. Refunds, if any, are issued solely at our discretion and only as expressly stated in your written contract. Once services have been performed or costs incurred on your behalf, such amounts are non-refundable. We are not liable for any third-party vendor fees or deposits that you may lose due to cancellation.
**4. User Responsibilities**
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the planning and execution of your event. You are responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, or approvals required by local authorities in the United Arab Emirates for your event. You must ensure that your venue and any third-party vendors comply with applicable laws. You agree to communicate promptly with us regarding any changes to your event details.
**5. Intellectual Property**
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and event concepts, is the property of Stark Industries and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such content without our prior written consent. Any materials we create for your event, including design concepts and planning documents, are provided for your personal use only and remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
**6. Limitation of Liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by law in the United Arab Emirates, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific event. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party vendors, venues, or suppliers. We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
**7. Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
